This profile is the suite's tenant layer: every screen — header, board, vehicle pages, and the listing packages pushed to the inventory website — brands itself from what is set here. Nothing is hard-coded. The sibling suite apps (training, hiring, deal portal) adopt this same setup store.

Warranty policy — Buyers Guide election
Every FTC Buyers Guide the system generates uses this election unless a vehicle carries its own override. Changing it here changes every future guide — nothing is hard-coded.
Quote settings
Quotes are emailed to the customer from the dealership identity above — the emailed document is the review surface (the customer portal is gated; SPEC §14). No other brand appears on a quote.
Vendors — sublet partners
Glass, dent, tire, wheel, detail and other subs the service department dispatches work to. Sublet work is dispatched from the vehicle record; the vendor's invoice is captured against the unit there.
